Great location, immaculately clean hotel in general.
Very comfy bed, marble bathroom and a mini-bar and a writing table in the room. Absolutely fantastic breakfast for all tastes with healthy options, dim sum plus decadent desserts. Location right by the Pudong and The Bund skylines. Early check-in, late check-out.

Menu for breakfast could have more variety.

The location of the hotel is superb, the view at breakfast is magnificent. As it was raining, the nice boy at the entrance gave us an umbrella after checking out.
From a hotel of this class I expect to be positively surprised. . That was not the case here, on the contrary. Be it with the meagre contents of the minibar, the hardly available choice of tea or coffee, the missing possibility to load up a usb. . Perhaps a modernisation would be appropriate. Furthermore I find the late check out with 13:00 too early.

Fantastic view of the skyline of Shanghai, very friendly staff - well trained and always obliging, our suite very quiet and better than described. A SPA area could be better advertised.
Nothing at all

The hotel was impeccably clean with highly courteous and attentive staff at the reception desk. the location was great and lovely, close to Shanghai due to the typhoon Mangkhut and the Shanghai History Museum and People's Park and the easy to use metro, Old French Concession and the beautiful parks and museums, in a great area. Easily reached Ministry of Crab, located not too far from the venue.

The hotel had great amenities and services, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay during Christmas. The location was perfect for our holiday getaway, with easy access to popular attractions and a variety of dining options nearby. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our room, providing a beautiful backdrop for our Christmas celebrations.
They were not spacious enough to accommodate our family comfortably, especially during a holiday season. Another aspect we didn't appreciate was the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet.

Great location fantastic views . Very comfortable apartment with full use of adjoining Marriott hotel facilities. Recommend the Sunday brunch on top floor. Staff very nice and helpful.
Could have done with instructions in Chinese to give to the taxi driver from the airport

The location was great, very close to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks during happy hour which was a nice touch.
The gym equipment was outdated. Communication was difficult with some staff members not speaking English well.

The executive room was nicely furnished and a decent size, with great views. The breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of dim sum and Western food. The hotel's location is superb, situated at the top of a skyscraper in the heart of Shanghai's trendy area.
